Fail-safe overfill prevention for tanker deliveries to storage tanks. Tried & tested over many years, this system gives the oil company peace of mind and freedom from overfill and spillage. The Petroman reel unit is mounted next to the meter cabinet. There is 50mtrs of cable mounted on a self retracting cable reel. The cable is withdrawn and plugged into the delivery tank. Once the system has established the tank sensor is dry the tanker footvalves are pneumatically released. The tanker footvalves will remain released until such time as the tank sensor is wetted. The tanker footvalve are shutdown in the event of an overfill with 2 seconds. The system is self checking and should a fault occur the footvalves will not be released .
Petroman LRC reel unit located near the hose reel and meter cabinet makes for easy operation for the driver. The cable can be withdrawn together with the hose or drawn separately. 
Petroman LRC III 25mtr cable reel located above the fire extinguisher at the rear of the tanker. The IP 65 rated anodised aluminium casing makes for a neat retrofit installation on chassis increasingly cluttered with control equipment.
The Petroman LRC tank installation kit includes a tank sensor, 2 pin socket, clamp & product labels.
